Transparent fees
Hosts pay only for optional Featured slots. Browsing, posting, and messaging are free. No commission on rent, no surprise charges at signup.

Messages are encrypted at rest. Phone numbers stay hidden unless you opt in. We never sell your data and we never run third-party ad cookies.

A small, independent team that's been on the other side of the table — the scrolling, the dodgy listings, the “wait, what suburb is this even in”. We build the product we wish existed when we were looking for somewhere to live ourselves.
